3. Probation Period:
You shall be subject to probation period of six months as per ... Law. During the probation period, should the Company believe that your performance is non satisfactory, the Company has the right to terminate the Employment Contract without prior notice.
4. Period of Employment:
The duration of the contract is 2 Years for a limited period, subject to renewal by the consent of both parties. Either party may terminate this Contract by giving a thirty (30) days written notice provided that you have successfully passed the probation period. Moreover, the Company provides no guarantee that the Employment Contract will be renewed on expiry of the employment period.
5. Working Hours:
You will work for an average of fifty-four (54) hours weekly as per the ... Labor Law. You will be entitled for a weekly day off.
6. Annual Leave / Public Holidays:
You will be entitled to take 30 (Thirty) days leave annually. After completion of 12 (Twelve) months' service, you will be provided with one (1) economy class return economy ticket to your home country as long as you are continuing your employment with the Company. Ticket will be issued at the lowest fare obtained by the Employer and the company policy for air tickets. You shall be entitled to Public Holidays over and above your annual leaves as per the .... 7. Medical Benefits:
The Company shall provide you primary medical care which is covered through the Company's Health Care insurance scheme for both Inpatient and outpatient services.
8. End of Service Benefits:
All End-of-Service benefits shall be calculated as per the .... Labor Laws and its regulations.
9. Resignation / Termination:
After completion of the Probation Period, either employee or the company may terminate the employment by giving the other thirty (30) days written notice or if agreement is reached for a shorter notice period; except in cases of gross misconduct, where the notice period may be waived. If an Employee does not provide the Company with the requisite notice period as per this agreement, the Employee will be required to compensate the Company for any costs incurred by the Company on the employee's behalf; such as accommodation and for the period of notice period that Employee should have provided to the Company.
In case, you resign from your employment for whatever reason prior to the completion of the one years' period which represents the duration of the employment visa, the Company has the right to recover from you the following costs.

Moreover, you hereby understand and confirm that the total T & D cost is ...... and agree that the Company will recover this amount by whatever means possible may it be from the gratuity, indemnity or annual leave salary at the time of your resignation / leaving the Employment
In the case of your Resignation/Termination, you will return all documentation and any other written information obtained during the employment tenure with the Company and also handover all Company's belongings such as uniform, accommodation provisions, and anything else that belongs to the Company. These are to be handed to your Department Head / HR Manager.
In the case, you fail the mandatory medical examination arranged by the Company prior to your employment visa stamping, you will bear the cost of the recruitment process and return air ticket.
All other terms and conditions shall be as per Company's rules and regulations and in accordance with the ... Labor Laws. Your employment with...... (Company name) is at-will and either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time in accordance to the provisions of the Employment Contract, the Company's policies and rules of conduct.
