Our fees differ depending on the position level and the complexity of the search.

The fee for the  search and selection of a candidate is % of the annual salary of the candidate.


This amount is divided into 3 parts. The first part of the  — fixed — is a prepayment and search guarantee.


Fee includes one replacement of the candidate and switching to another managerial position with a salary level not lower than 1 700 USD.

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION

After passing the interview, we design a summary, collect recommendations and information about compensation package and present them to the customer

RESULT

After all the stages, the final candidate starts to work and passes the probationary period
