For more than 8 years, hundreds of searches in hospitality and restaurant industry have been completed locally in Russia and Kazakhstan as well as internationallly in the UK, Germany, France, Dubai, Israel, Spain and other countries.

The Hurma Recruitment team was responsible for the organization of chef panels in Russia — GASTREET International Restaurant Show and MEGUSTRO, FONTEGRO in Ukraine, in Belarus for the Guild of Chefs, One Solution in Poland.

Ekaterina has been working in the restaurant business for about 18 years.

As an HR she opened a chain of restaurants "Two Sticks" in Moscow, headed the personnel department of the bar chain "Dear, I’ll call you back…", was an HRBP of "TGI Fridays", "Costa Coffe", headed the personnel department of the five-star hotel "Mistral Hotel & SPA".

Conducts consulting projects, teaching at Novikov School, RMA, SVCH, Higher School of Economics, performs at major professional events in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Dubai, Shanghai.
