Ekaterina has been working in the restaurant business for about 18 years.

As an HR she opened a chain of restaurants "Two Sticks" in Moscow, headed the personnel department of the bar chain "Dear, I’ll call you back…", was an HRBP of "TGI Fridays", "Costa Coffe", headed the personnel department of the five-star hotel "Mistral Hotel & SPA".

Conducts consulting projects, teaching at Novikov School, RMA, SVCH, Higher School of Economics, performs at major professional events in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Dubai, Shanghai.
